Costs start from €5K and go up to €20K depending on the system and home needs. The SEAI Grant amount varies depending on system, but with a 4 kWp system you would receive on a €2,100 grant towards your installation costs.

Support is available to all owners of dwellings built and occupied before 2021.
€900 for every kWp up to a maximum of 2kWp.
€300 for every additional kWp up to 4kWp.
For 4kWp: You will receive €2,100 for 4kWp solar panels.
Grant is a one-off payment that is sent directly to the customers bank account via SEAI.
Existing homeowners with PV, qualify for the battery grant.
